Mixian is a type of rice noodle from the Yunnan Province, China. One of the best Mixain restaurants is located in Westwood, just 5 mins walk ( 0.2 miles) from UCLA.

If you are someone really enjoy spicy food, then I highly recommend this flavor for you!
Sliced beef, pickled red chili, pickled green chili, tomato, tofu skin, baby bok choy, agaric, quail egg. Served spicy.
Yunnan Tofu Dry Mixian
This one is the best fit for someone who wants to have a fresh and distinct taste. I especially like this dish when summer with hot weather. Yunnan tofu dry mixian can definitely boost appetite. Tofu, sprouts, Chinese chives, garlic, pork sauce, chili oil, kimchi, bean.
Plus, you must try "Marinated QQ Tofu"
