Where are the best places to enjoy the sunset in West LA?
Have you heard of the "magic hour" or "golden hour"? It is the period just before sunrise or just after sunset when the sun is not visible, yet its light is diffused evenly. The first time I heard "magic hour" is from a Japanese film called "The Magic Hour" 2008 which is written and directed by Koki Mitani. It is a comedy and the director had said he wanted to encourage people who are suffering or frustrated. He sought to encourage the audience by expressing hope in this film. " The best thing will eventually happen, it is just late."
