Where are the best places to enjoy the sunset in West LA?

The first time I heard "magic hour" is from a Japanese film called "The Magic Hour" 2008 which is written and directed by Koki Mitani. It is a comedy and the director had said he wanted to encourage people who are suffering or frustrated. He sought to encourage the audience by expressing hope in this film.
